By Using Our Platform, You AGREE to the Following Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before using CarEarn's services.

1. Purpose of Platform

CarEarn is an open car introduction platform that allows partners to introduce potential car buyers and earn commissions.

2. Use of Platform

By using CarEarn, you agree:

To provide accurate information
To follow all partner rules
Not to submit fake or duplicated buyer information
Not to bypass CarEarn and deal privately with buyers
ALL TRANSACTIONS MUST GO THROUGH THE PLATFORM

3. Commission Rules

Commission is only paid if the buyer was introduced by you and recorded in our system.
Commission is paid within 7 working days after the car is delivered.
If a buyer changes car model, commission follows the model sold.
CarEarn reserves the right to modify the commission structure at any time.

4. Buyer Assignment

• “First submit, first own” applies.

•Only the first partner who submits complete and valid buyer information will be recognized as the introducer.

•In cases where multiple partners submit the same buyer or the same car, CarEarn will determine ownership based on the following:

•Cash Deal: The partner whose buyer pays the deposit first will be recognized.

•Loan Deal: The partner whose buyer successfully gets loan approval and pays deposit first will be recognized.

•CarEarn’s decision regarding buyer ownership is final and non-negotiable.

5. Platform Responsibilities

CarEarn will:

Contact buyers
Arrange viewing, test drive, negotiation, and paperwork
Manage commission payouts
Update partners on buyer status

6. Prohibited Actions

Partners are prohibited from:

Fake submissions
Interfering with other partners’ buyers
Providing false promises (e.g., loan guaranteed approved)
Offering unauthorized discounts, gifts, or services
Misleading buyers about car condition

Violation may lead to:

Warning
Suspension
Commission cancellation
Permanent removal from the platform

7. Prices & Availability

Car prices, availability, and offers may change without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarEarn is not responsible for:

Loan rejection
Buyer cancellation
External factors beyond our control

9. Changes to Terms

CarEarn may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
